Gladiator - Outmatch and Outlast Ascendancy question

Is anyone else noticing that the Outmatch and Outlast ascendancy is not procing at the stated 25% ratio?
Feels more like 2.5% proc chance to me. Using a Bow btw. Last bumped on Feb 5, 2022, 2:07:09 PM

Good to know. Guess that was a useless ascendancy to take then unless I use blood rage or can afford maloneys to socket frenzy. Thanks for clearing that up for me. Strange that bleed doesn't count as killing an enemy even though the source of the bleed comes from damage I deal. |
