Can't open Atlas nor atlas passsive skill tree

same here, cant spec in to the tree, nor cant i open it.....

Stuck also at that Kirac Quest. Kirac wont talk to me, and i cant finish the quest.

My wife and I were grouped together and for some reason when we finished Kitava and moved into the new zone to do the Kirac quest we were in two separate instances.

I left mine and joined her waypoint. Now she is able to buy maps from Kirac but I can't.

I can at least allocate atlas points however.

Edit: I had to go back and run the map he gave me and then I could purchase. Leaving this up if anyone else had the same issue.

same here its bugged i hope ther will be a fix..

Edit - it's fixed! I got an atlas after completing a random tier 9 map via the map device in Karui Shores.


Same - bricked endgame until this is patched. I can view my passive tree but cannot get an atlas from Kirac whatsoever. I also cannot complete the Act 10 quest Death and Rebirth, which I think may be contributing to this issue.

A lot of things were patched but not this one? How are people supposed to play past the story.
