Socket colour recipes gone (at least from Standard)

It looks like socket color recipes are all gone from Standard since 3.17 launch, not even showing under Undiscovered.

Confirmed. I have colors craft in undiscovered after 3.17 patch - The mines level 1, but tried mines in level 1 and deeper - no craft, so it's obviously a bug. So annoying, please fix it.

The Mines is area in Act 4, not delve
