Clicked "refund all passives" in the atlas skill tree and it reset my personal passive tree...

I really didn't want to reset my character tree... I would have like to keep that reset.

you will not be getting any. GGG doesn't offer TECH support for "the moment" (it's been like this for several years).
They also doesn't offer ANY kind of ingame refunds or restores for ANy reason, so you can allocate your points again....
