How does this work with The Gull?

I wouldn't bet on that.
But the second line "30% increased Effect of Shrine Effects on Players in Areas" should work on lesser shrine effects. |

" Yeah, that's what I would expect, but I am not sure. Either way, going Gull and Blunderbore with some of these Shrine Effect nodes will be cool. You can get 50% shrine effect and 75% Shrine Duration on the tree. |
