Corrosion used by enemies, too?

With the upcoming unique item CEASELESS FEAST, I was wondering wether enemies in 3.17 will have access to that debuff aswell.

And if so, when are we getting immunity on flasks?

Something like Aegis Aurora would be even worse when you can't even rely on armour being there at all times anymore.
