Twitch drop is claimed but not showing up in game

I watched your livestream today on twitch while I was logged in, and got the notification that I had earned the wasteland wings drop. I claimed it in the twitch app, and then logged into my accounton your website. It shows the wings in my twitch drops section of my account, but there's a red x next to it instead of a checkmark. How do I fix this?

" Please follow this procedure for twitch drops --> 1. Make sure the CORRECT PoE account in linked to twitch. 2. Make sure you have CLAIMED the MTX drop in twitch (login to twitch and check you wallet / drop status page. 3. When it shows as claimed in twitch, then the next step is this ---> Go to this URL : https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/twitch Is the drop shown there yes or no --> yes = well if still not ingame, then you will need to e-mail GGG support directly for them to investigate your account. no = then you will need to relink your account to Twitch and if still doesn't work, you will need to e-mail GGG support directly for them to investigate your account. |
