No.

As long as it does not state "Minions", it won't affect them. If nothing is stated on a bonus, assume the bonus always work only on you, as in "you yourself", self-cast.

An exception would have been if it was worded like "Hits on taunted enemies have..." or "Taunted enemies have [...] against/on them". In that case the bonus won't be bound just to "You"
