Incinerator Portal Face Decoration Bug

The facial decoration on the Incinerator portal is bugged when in Lioneye's Watch in Acts 1 and 6. It jumps off of the face. To reproduce the bug open a town portal from anywhere in Act 1 or 6 using the Incinerator portal effect. The bug appears only when you are in Lioneye's Watch.

Seems the portal is also bugged in the climb and on the ledge in Act 1. All you need to do is open a portal using the incinerator MTX.
