Unable to acess Pastebin for PoB

I'm not sure if this issue is appropriate for these forums but here goes:

I downloaded the latest PoB version, but whenever I try to import a build from Pastebin I get the "couldn't connect to server" message.

After some snooping around I found out that I can't even acess Pastebin at all - I've tried Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox but every single attempt has been met with different flavours of "couldn't load/connect to website".

I think this might be an issue with my own internet provider, hence why I don't think it's appropriate for this forum... But I've decided to ask anyway just in case somebody knows how to fix this.
