Mac/OSX Mouse button press not registering when client on external monitor

IMacOS 12.0.1 M1XMax (But saw this behavior with Intel MAcBookPro, and earlier versions of OSX)

I am using an external monitor. When the POE client is running on the built in display, all seems to be working correctly.

However, if I move the client to the external monitor, the mouse pointer moves as expected. However, when I press a mouse button, in general the input is not received. There is a small rectangular area to the right of the log in input for League Info that opens the League Info URL

I do not see issues with other applications

Ughhh. I wanted to play PoE after many years and this.. _trivial_ issue is stopping me from playing the game.

It's just a mouse position. Come on.
