Sceptres corrupted implicit "power charge on crit" global or local?

Heya everyone.
If I have the corrupted implcit "#% chance to gain power charge on critical strike" as an implicit on my weapon, e.g. a sceptre, will I gain power charges when I crit with a spell? Or crit with off hand hits? cheers! Last bumped on Jan 15, 2022, 3:06:39 AM
