How to buy Coins in Xbox Series S for microtransaction?

I am from hong kong but when I click the ingame shop, the shop cannot be loaded and said failure. any help to fix this? And I want to buy coins from the website but it will direct me into xbox pages, can anyone have some advices please? thanks you

HanSoloDK is correct - if you'd like to make purchases for your account on the Xbox version of the game you will need to purchase directly through Xbox, either on the console itself or logged into the correct Xbox account on the Xbox Live store website. It's not possible to make a purchase for console accounts on the Path of Exile website - purchases made directly through the store on our website are for PC accounts only, I apologise for any inconvenience!
