I hate the idea of mageblood and headhunter. They make GGG balance in weird ways to accomodate them, as well as being way to rare if they expect you to have them for whatever reasons. Delete both of them and give players some of the pre 3.15 power back. Nothing of value would be lost.

Where do you get the 100% effect from? You know Enkindling Orbs work on unique flasks as well, right?

Sure. With Enkindling Orbs u have VERY NON-Permanent flask.
