How long will it take to process my ban appeal?

Hi there, my account exzzx was banned on Jan 6. I made a ban appeal but it is still pending review.
How long will it take to process my ban appeal? Reason: "Breaching Terms of Use" Started: Jan 6, 2022, 3:12:01 AM Ban Appeal: Pending Review By the way, I didn't do anything that's related to a ban. Why do you punish me so harshly? Thank you for your time. Last bumped on Jan 12, 2022, 7:55:05 AM

I'm afraid we cannot speculate on when you will receive a response to any submitted appeal. Our Accounts Investigations Team will need to complete a thorough investigation into any action taken against the account before responding to the submitted appeal, but they will get back to you as soon as possible.

" You can only wait period, you are not going to get any special treatment and there are other support tickets before yours to be actioned. dont get your hopes up. very few people get unbanned. the decision is almost always permanent unless it was an error on their part.
