Divine DEmon King Portal Twitch drop

Hello,
Not sure if this is the right place on forum to post this, but i participated in the twitch event on December 31 - Delirium Everywhere - to win the Divine Demon King Portal Effect. Got the message as i show in the next image:  But the drop didn't happen. How can i get my portal? Last bumped on Jan 5, 2022, 12:50:57 AM

" Please follow this procedure for twitch drops --> 1. Make sure the CORRECT PoE account in linked to twitch. 2. Make sure you have CLAIMED the MTX drop in twitch (login to twitch and check you wallet / drop status page. 3. When it shows as claimed in twitch, then the next step is this ---> Go to this URL : https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/twitch Is the drop shown there yes or no --> yes = well if still not ingame, then you will need to e-mail GGG support directly for them to investigate your account. no = then you will need to relink your account to Twitch and if still doesn't work, you will need to e-mail GGG support directly for them to investigate your account. |

My problem is that i didn't receive the MTX drop in Twitch. Maybe the problem is not with GGG but with Twitch
