Twitch Drop Portal not appearing ingame

Hi, I cant seem to get the divine portal from the twitch drops to appear ingame. The others worked. I could claim it on twitch but there is a red cross in the rewards list at the very right. Playing on PS4 btw

Hi , I have the same problem , I clamed the Divine Demon King Portal , but doesn't show in game. At first I thought it will show after the holidays , but still nothing ....

Please follow this procedure for twitch drops -->

1. Make sure the CORRECT PoE account in linked to twitch.

2. Make sure you have CLAIMED the MTX drop in twitch (login to twitch and check you wallet / drop status page.

3. When it shows as claimed in twitch, then the next step is this --->

Is the drop shown there yes or no -->
yes = well if still not ingame, then you will need to e-mail GGG support directly for them to investigate your account.

no = then you will need to relink your account to Twitch and if still doesn't work, you will need to e-mail GGG support directly for them to investigate your account.

I checked all the followings, and yes, it showed YES. Somehow, now I have it in game too. It just appeared. Strange ... Thank you.

It forces a recheck of the twitch drops status between Twitch and GGG servers.
So that's properly why. :)
