Drop rate currency

But it is in my opinion not normal if i can find max 1 chaos orbs in 10 ! maps. Or do you find this really ok?? Or must it be even lower??

It takes now forever to get enough chaos orbs for the trade.

The only things that drop are low currency, and very very rarely a chaos orb.

I play now as miner, this is the the first league that I can't come to end game (sirus, etc..) because of the extrem low droprate.

Just increase it a little bit. Not much, just a little bit.

Please.

Now I have less than 10 chaos orbs. no exalts, nothing special for sale.
So, for me this is broken.
(oh.. and 427 portal scrolls...)

Thats why the chaos recipe exists.
You can sort off print chaos as you go and it doesnt take long to make at least some money that way.

Doing chaos orb recipe means that I have to run even lower tier maps than what I do now (t 6 till t 10). Everything that drops in this tiers is higher than item lvl 74 (needed for chaos recipe, and my filter is low.)

So that means that i can only get chaos orbs by recipe, what means running very low level tier maps and a lot of patience also.
No league before I needed to do this.
I don't find this normal.

If it is like it used to be then it is enough for 1 item in the set to be level 74 or lower. So no - you almost never have to run lower tiers for chaos recipe.

If a rare item below item level 75 is added to a Regal Orb recipe then the recipe will change to a Chaos Orb recipe.

Edit 2: And if https://poe.ninja/challenge/currency is accurate it should be trivial to make a few chaos by farming Alts and Chromatics - see the wiki link for how to get them by picking up stuff and vendoring it.

RNG is RNG. Drop rates in general in this game are low so variance is high. Even if they didn't touch drop rates of chaos it's still very possible and even likely you'll get wild swings in your chaos drop rate league to league.


But yes, since this is in the feedback forum, it seems you're advocating for a global increase in chaos drop rate, which won't help you if you just want it for trading with players. Doubling the drop rate will make a ~10 chaos item cost ~20 instead.

Problem is delta of the drop rates of different farming methods. It is way way way too big.

Currency is gated behind content. Especially heist gives alot of it.

First time this whole league I just got a stacked chaos orb. Only got stacked wisdom, portals and so on.
They do exist, but ultra extreme rare.

If you check online and retention, youll see yore not alone. But its kinda prohibited to say and non pr friendly, so likely be censored by even mentioning this.

We are in a happy champ period of PoE now, where this game is the best in a genre and GGG is the best dev company liveng in a best corner of the world. Shareholders, uknow..

Be happy with your 1c per 10 maps.
Its normal, it yourenot nolife-play, and not juicing things like a pro.
