Malachi Portal not in inventory

I was eligible after watching for drops.
Now, I don't have. Must I hit the claim button in twitch to receive? I may have left after watching on mobile (Away from PC for holidays) without logging into a desktop to claim. Am I S.O.L.? Thx. Last bumped on Dec 27, 2021, 10:56:52 PM

You normally need to claim a drop in order to obtain it. However, if you aren't seeing your reward in-game but have claimed the drop on Twitch, you may be able to try refreshing your redemption rewards. You should be able to do this by visiting this link. If that doesn't cause the portal to appear in-game for you, you can also try un-linking your account from Twitch and then re-linking it to Twitch. You can do this from the Manage Connections page found here. If that also doesn't help, or you aren't receiving the drop reward for any other reason, please contact us at support@grindinggear.com with your account name and the names of 2-3 characters on your account so that we can check into it further with you! |
