Heirophant's Conviction of Power and Disciple of the Forbidden not stacking.

It appears that the power charges aren't stacking. Instead they appear to be overlapping with the higher modifier taking priority. The indicator at the top of the screen still shows 4 charges and there are only 4 orbs around the character. If the standard behavior is for these not to stack I would have expected that to be noted in the wiki or patch notes but there's nothing stating such. Thus I expected them to stack and show 5 for the minimum instead.

You can have a maximum of 4 charges (base 3 + 1 from Conviction of Power), the minimum cannot be more than the maximum, get +1 to the maximum somewhere

Doh! I had forgotten that the minimum didn't push regardless of maximum. Thank you for the reminder.
