24 is a lot. I'd do 7 if I were chris. One for each class. Stash tabs they should have more than 4 nowadays because loot bloat is out of control with all the leagues added to game. Perhaps 8.

4 wont store shit. fossils in one. Essense in another. maps? OMG!?! Wheres currency go? let alone gears. I need about 30+- tabs to function in new league.I have over 100 though. 8 is still skimpy.

Yeah, no.

24 is plenty for a game designed to strongly encourage you to start over every three months.

I don't recall how many slots I had in the end but I never had to delete a character. I just did so as a matter of good house cleaning.

You can level all sorts of legitimate complaints at GGG but 'stingy' as regards what you get for free isn't one of them.

All those guilty targets and you take a swipe at something earnestly good. Weird.

This. Because we are not merely talking about QoL at this point but about ethics and how the product being sold is represented.

It is one of the two reasons I gave up on Chris.

I'm always on max. Each new league i have to delete a charachter.

Can we may be get an option to "retire" a character, as a museum of sorts, and they wont be playable anymore and won't take up slots. Players get museum slots for every year they've been around

SOME people tend to purposefully "forget" how good we have it here.

PoE isn't like other MMO's, this isn't a case of having a game where there are 6 classes and 6 character slots where they may feel that a new class requires an additional slot, nor is it pay to win where you only get 2 slots before having to pay more.

PoE has 7 character bases and hundreds of different builds, and you get to have 24 slots, not 2, not 7, twenty fucking four.
How many of them do you actively use? 2? 3?, why don't you delete some of your mothballed characters, not like you'll miss them.
