Stampede ghost nerfed at some point?

I already gave a couple of quick examples further up. But yes, hinder would be another one that wouldn't affect you. Maim. Nets. Slow Aura from Nemesis mobs/totems/etc. The inherent movement speed penalty of body armor/shields. Reduced movement speed mod on some (mostly unused) unique items. Those are what I can think of off the top of my head. Probably some other stuff as well.
I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.
Yeah, but...

I'm not sure if you're understanding that Stampede does not prevent the movement speed slowing from Chill (and Temp?). If you are, okay, but your wording looks like you're skimming over this, and are naming "other things Stampede also protects you from".

Stampede says that it sets my movement speed to 150% of base. This, to me, implies that this is an ever-existing, overarching effect on my character. If I'm Chilled, cool, great, and now Stampede is calculated (as it perpetually is) and my speed is again set to 150%, overwriting the Chill effect.

That's what I would logically assume. But that doesn't seem to be the case. It is basically, just, +50% movement speed, and also, you can't go faster than 150%. Which, I'd word that very differently than its current wording...

Hinder, maybe?? And then that's it??

I was only answering the question you asked dude.

If an effect reduces or increases movement speed, it will have no effect on your movement with Stampede. Modifiers of any kind to movement speed specifically have no effect on you. If it reduces or increases action speed though, it will affect your movement speed--because that's where you get your base movement speed from. Your movement speed is fixed to 150% of base, but the base can still be changed.

Chill doesn't modify your movement speed values directly. It modifies your action speed, and therefore your base movement speed. Same for Freeze. Temp Chains. Petrify. Tailwind. Acceleration Shrine. Slipstream.

Ooooooooookay, I see now. It wasn't yet made clear that these things affect action speed but NOT movement speed, where action speed was modifying my movement speed in a different way than directly modifying my movement speed.

I see now, ty.
