Harbinger orb

I used 10 Harbinger orbs on normal T15 maps and got 10 normal T16 maps, not a single T15 beachhead or those T16 shaper guardian maps (e.g. Chimera).

Is it just because a streak of bad luck or T15 normal map will never turn into T15 beachhead since harbinger orb increase map tier by 1?

Its usually 1 in 5.
So bad luck I guess.


But you should have used 20% quali T11s instead and then Harbie them up to either turn into T16s or Beachheads.
Just has to be a red map to turn into a T15 Beachhead

i used T15 20% quality, and also read about using T11 instead but could not really understand why T11 is better.
