Bulk currency trade not working?

Been trying to trade chaos for exalts, but im not showing up on the trade website no matter what I try

Currency in tab is listed as exact price 1/150 exalted orb, the tab is public and I've traded other things in it before without issue

I've also tried relogging, changing login gateway, and instance hopping, with no update to trade listing

its been over a day since i first listed it, and about 10 minutes since i tried the relog/instance swapping, as well as changing the pricing around (include negotiable, which didnt work either) so i dont think its just a delay for appearing on the site

Edit: found someone to trade chaos for exalts, but problem still unsolved

Similar issue here. I cannot get some of my offers to appear on the bulk exchange list while some of them appear instantly without any issues. I also encountered something weird today. I listed chayula breachstones for 1.4 ex each. Immediately checked the list, my offer was there with the right pricing. Then I started to get offers of 1 ex per breachstone. I tabbed back to check it, refreshed the page, and the listed price somehow had changed to 1 ex even though I changed NOTHING inbetween. Now I cannot get my simulacrums to appear on the site even though I have done it many times before and triple checked everything. It just will not appear. Infuriating.
