Is MF worth it or just farm T14s full power?

I've been wanting a HH SSF for many patch. Came closest in Ritual - had 4 Fiends and gambled them away in Harvest as league was closing out... Anyway just wondering if I got all decked out with MF gear including windripper which would be about 112% quant in T3 towers if it beats T14s Towers with only Biscos.. so 5%?

Playing something you enjoy is far more important.

Time played > MF.

I've tried running full MF with juiced maps on multiple occasions...

... every time I have felt the investment is not worth the return. I think I make just as much, if not more, by playing the game normally (because playing normally you get boss fights with good drops, whereas MF is not for bossing).

The other thing is the TIME it takes to juice maps. Buying juicing material etc. IMO it's not worth it and doing targeted farming (eg Syndicates, Heists, whatever of your choosing) is a better approach.

it kind of depends what you enjoy and how you wanna play it...

i run 100iiq+ and jsut farm normally in t14-t16maps with medicore invest ( 20% chisel/reroll bad mods ( no leech / ele refl ) / keep nem and beyond / 100+iiq seperate / vaal the rest
and here and there a scarab if i feel like it

always use zana & sextants for monster




but i mean i could remove the iiq, but what would i gain ? even more speed, but than i think do i need more to enjoy it? for me the answer was no, i prefer my current speed ( 2-5min per map )




if you wanna chain farm lower maps like tower not running iiq feels stupid, since you can run those maps with negativ res and 3k life, so take every possible iiq without loosing speed or anything... those kind of strategy are for efficeny and not rly fun (IMO)

Depends on what you are focusing on...Getting rich in this game is like sabotaging your whole life for pixels.

I wish GGG would make the game more enjoyable without this vision of hard so that you don't actually need to think about a 50 ex build to reach the end game...

Most people don't even touch parts of the content mostly because it's easier to call for someone that invested a lot of time to clear your content, instead of just actually building towards that...That's only because most people don't want to make a POE a full time job.

P.S even with the vision of hard people have already trivialized end game content, so I am wondering what exactly was GGG thinking with the vision of hard in the first place.

If you can clear all scourge content, you don't need MF on your gear. You get 600% IIR/IIQ from scourge stacks, over 100% IIQ/50% IIR from alching the map, 100% IIQ from gear does not make that much difference.

I'd say farm with your best gear, to complete more maps/hour, instead of getting maximum loot/map.

If you want a headhunter, the answer is just to not play SSF. The drop chance is so tiny that it's perfectly normal for an MF player to go thousands of maps without seeing it drop.

well mf char is one I never did so I'm gonna try it to test.

I'm going to invest like 50-80ex + headhunter (good non mirror budget) and see how long I get this currency back on t14 tower farming.

In a week or so I'll post here with the results. From what I saw if u manage to clear high tier maps in the same time u would do with a normal build then mf is obviously better cause quantity/rarity.

Its not cheap to build as I imagined so let's see if its worthy.

Well, if you save these doctor/fiend/whatever else cards you get from heist every league instead of harvest gambling them, you may get one in standard in about 2-3 leagues doing nothing special for it.
