Cant Portal out of the map

When you use portal scroll in map it has no title on it (hideout name) and you cant interact with it.
Using portal scroll again open portal again but you cant use it, its like it doesn't exist. If you go back to character selection and return to hideout, go back in map and use portal again - it still wont work and you have to relog. happens at least twice a day for me. It happens if you open a portal to a syndicate safehouse or a finished alva's temple on map

Ah yes i was running my June missions and it was happening every second map, everytime you enter Research and leave your portal dont work.
