Need help with Trigger socketed spell on Wand

Both socketed spells trigger and CwdT have it's downsides, first one because it only triggers (in order) one of the socketed spells each 4-8 seconds (crafted options is allways 8 secs). Whilst in CwdT the offering will not use the desecrated corpses the first time:
