Twitch portal drops with PoE account and Steam
I've almost always played on Steam client but on Harvest I decided to change to Standalone because I was tired of the Steam updates taking so long (my timing was perfect since that league they fixed the problems). To change to Standalone I had to create a PoE account and then link Steam to that account so now I have my Steam account on PoE account. After Harvest I went back to Steam because it's easier for me so now I login into PoE via Steam.
I assume Twitch is linked to my PoE account and not Steam account (for PoE purposes because I do have Steam account linked to Twitch) so I got the portal drop but it was linked to my PoE account. I didn't seem to get the portal in game even when on website it showed as I did have it (I'm logged into the website using PoE account credentials and not via Steam). Thankfully the other day I installed PoE on my laptop using Standalone client instead of Steam so I had the idea of trying to log into PoE using Standalone credentials and I instantly had the portal avaliable (note: When I opened PoE on my laptop it was on Spanish when I had it in English, after seeing the portal I closed the game and opened it again and it was back to English without changing anything), I logged back into my PC via Steam and I had it unlocked as well. This bug might appear only because of me having logged into the website with non-Steam credentials while using Steam in game. https://prnt.sc/21qgcw9 Tried to upload image but couldn't Last edited by BalaHD#4088 on Dec 4, 2021, 1:23:04 PM Last bumped on Dec 4, 2021, 2:57:47 PM
