Would be fair to say that Lancing Steel is CoC without the need for attack speed?

4 lanc steel 4 gmp 2 deadeye - 10 proj
need 52%cd & 2 lac steel attacks per second to 20,1 bp for 2 spells easier them 20 cyclone attacks per second |
