Bind Left Click to Mouse Wheel

Hey,

I'm currently using a Logitech G502 mouse, which has an 'unlockable' Scrolling Wheel.

Now from the posts I found by searching it's clear that using an unlocked Scrolling Wheel is not allowed but from the wording of GGG's answer in this post https://i.redd.it/9r8r1wbh3l911.png it also sounds like even if I have it locked it's still bannable.

Have there been any further official answers to this or is this the most current one?
