Game instantly closing on start up on steam

As soon as I press start on steam it closes again before a second has passed. Tried verifying files, tried 2 different SSD's, reinstalling, deleting caches.

I was playing last night I went to sleep I turn my computer back on and this is my result no updates no nothing

No issues with Steam here at the present time. Might have been a temporary glitch.

Where are you located? Possibly a geolocation issue. Australia here and it's working as normal.
