Chest Spell Block listed as a suffix on the crafting bench

Noticed this when looking at crafts for my chest piece and saw I could craft a suffix even though my item already has full suffix. It does let me craft the mod and it does show up as a prefix when on the item.

I don't have an item with spell block on it as a mod but this was listed as a prefix in the areas I checked online.
