Cannot invite players to hideout for trade

Newbie to trade. Unable to invite players to hideout as a seller. Only get "inivite to party" tab and then told unable to join party. Just trying to sell items . Please advise.

Open your hideout decorations list and allow party members to join your hideout (checkbox at the bottom, below the decorations list)

Already had party members and friends checked, but not guild members. Will check guild members and see if it works now. Thanks for the reply.
