Do * chieftain spectres still need/use lifetap?

I've only ever noticed one frenzy charge available from my chieftains. Do they still benefit from lifetap?

No, fixing this was an unnanounced change in 3.16. If you aren't getting more than 1 charge it's probably because you are out of range when they cast it.
