Triple Shaper in first phase

Today I got to the Shaper for the first time this league. Of course, Maven was watching. But something VERY strange happened immediately: she summoned a clone of Shaper (which I kinda expected) but the normal Shaper clone that shows up in the third phase ALSO popped up. Three Shapers, from 90-100% health. That continued on until the very end, through the three phases until they finally got the better of me at around 2% Shaper health.

I highly doubt that is supposed to happen. Double I can deal with, and there is a reason it's a third phase mechanic... but triple? Please, no.

I'm not sure how to reproduce the bug. I immediately ran a couple more guardians to get the missing fragments and went again, and Maven didn't even summon a single double, and Shaper's clone only appeared in the third phase like he is supposed to. But that "Shaper hardmode" is almost certainly a bug.

You don't understand. The non-Maven Shaper clone appeared during the FIRST phase, not the third phase, and he stayed right through the fight, which is 100% NOT intended, and it didn't happen when I ran the fight again immediately after.

again its 100% intended, the maven doesn't use the same ability for every boss encounter, one is randomly picked and used during the fight.

Maven's clone pops out, does the giant beam.

I see Shaper about to teleport on my head.

Another beam shoots out where Shaper was standing.

Shaper lands, the two beams are still going.

Three. Shapers. First phase of the fight.

There is no second sound queue from Maven that she is summoning the clone. The clone doesn't go away when Maven's clone expires, it just chills out. It's the clone that should have appeared in the third phase, except he's hanging out making my life difficult through first and second phase too.

Not my first time killing Shaper with Maven watching. I cleared all content possible during the Ritual and was farming Shaper, this never happened.

The clone shouldn't have appeared in phase 1, this is why I'm in the bug reports. I don't mean Maven's clone, I mean regular clone.

The third Shaper clone was summoned by the Maven's replica of the Shaper. Maven's Shaper uses all of his abilities and doesn't care which phase it is.

I've been this same situation today, i don't have any idea of what the heck is this, or even why, THERE WASN'T MAVEN AT THE MAP IN ANY INSTANCE, SHE DIDN'T SHOW UP AT THE BOSS FIGHT OR EVEN SAY A PHRASE

I really do not understand what just happened, although I have played a lot of shaper, this is new for me, and, by the way.

The shaper was using his Bullet Hell skill (again, at first phase) and there was no protection from Zana, she just ignored it... i'm really sorry for not recording this madness.

Any ideas about what could it be?
