Quality gives 4% increased damage (on full life).
Is this a joke, or am I missing something?
It's basically nothing.

Yeah some builds boosted alternative quality to give 150% crit chance
funny enough it is still expensive gem to get.

I was actually hoping they would give these a balance pass again now that aurastackers power is essentially deleted. Its better than nothing to be sure but for a hard to get gem type they could stand to be a little more powerful again.
