LOW FPS (drops) on ASUS TUF GAMING fx505dv

Hi everyone. I have problem, namely, during the game (especially when there are more monsters on the screen), the fpss tragically drop to around 20. The solutions I tried were computer format, reinstalling the game, updating drivers and increasing the overall performance of the computer. Unfortunately, nothing helped.

Laptop:
-AMD Ryzen 7 3750H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.30 GHz
-NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
-16,0 GB RAM
-SSD drive
-Windows 10
