Constant Lag since League Start

Basically, since the league start I've had a constant 100+ ping while connected to any AU realm.

https://pastebin.com/EFKUNTnj - I've attached my WinMTR

I suspect its packet loss, but why is it only to POE?

- Comparison to league servers which are also in Sydney.

When I play any other game league / new world my ping is completely fine (around 30 as expected with no lag spikes) and my download is constantly around 100/106 and 37-42 upload with 20 ping to Sydney servers from Melbourne. I've tried restarting my pc, replugging my cable, restarting my router and ultimately disabling the firewall.

I have to use external programs like
Spoiler
ExitLag
to keep my ping under 100, while I've already paid for the subscription as of league start as it was unbearable, whenever its off my ping is constantly at 100+ and fluctuates to 200 or so while inside a map. I really don't want to have to pay for a subscription service just to play POE going forward.

I don't think it's my ISP as my friends on the same one are all okay while connected to POE, and this problem is strictly related to POE.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

let me explain after try to investigate this case last night.
every time you open a portal, your current server is not calculate mob in that map, instead, it connect to some "other" server to do that, that server will be somewhere on earth, then send to you "other" server ip address in case you go in to that portal.
The problem is in here, connect between server and server is business connect, their ping will always stable and low, but your ip address and "other" server is not, you are in client line, not business line, then if you lucky, this "other" server will in your territory, your connect will be fine, but if not, spike lag will coming, a connect between your home ip with "other" server is not in the priority as business line (server with server).
I dont know why GGG make this kind of logic, but this is a bad idea, number of people on trade is not bigger than number of people are playing, they should make a lot of local server for people in their area and a litter of server connect between other to make a market where people can actually buy and sell, not trade like now. Make people connect to server around the earth to play little map is not the way a big game company do, compare to LOL, or DotA.
Not every time the "other" server will be the same, your go to map, server in us, open portal to your hide out, open another map, then its will be another server, maybe in cz, or cn.
And this is another problem in this game, scourge. Its make server side must calculated a lot of math, if map have a lot of layouts, like delirium, beasts, scourge..., the number of math is super large, and that math is for ONE connect to that server, the data transfer between you and server will big af and its must calculated at the same time you move on map, that is not good when server is not in your territory.
i think that will explain why people stuck in loading screen, or spike ping lags happened.

very good explanation, I had no idea that it worked like that, but then they won't fix it? I have since 27 without being able to play well
it's my idea, not everything im write in here is true, i do it by myself and maybe will got false alert somewhere in this post, im not in server side to test by myself, but i think that GGG need to proof that their server is ok, many ppl have spike ping in global and those ppl was proof that the problem is not in their side, GGG should do that to, with same place with them, not some guys in server room and test the game in their private network.
