Cyclone Cast on Crit questions - Optimal build and APS?

1) I'd like to try to build a Cyclone COC Ice Nova with the exact optimal attack speed, but what is it? Based on Google searches it seems that I want:

- 52% Cooldown reduction (Awakened gem + belt + boots)
- 10.1% APS on the character sheet and no more than that

Can someone just confirm this for me?


2) Since I have the setup already I'd like to use Replica Farul's + Badge of the Brotherhood. Does the extra attack speed of one of the Aspect of the Cat skills ruin the build? Or does going over the 10.1% APS not matter that much?
