Sound effect of Skin "Black Hole Vortex Effect"

Hello,

in this league I am experiencing a strange sound effect from the above skin. The skill gem "Vortex" works fine and also the sound effects. As soon I equip the skin "Black Hole Vortex Effect" the sound of the skin is like "cut". It sounds strange and not desireable.

Maybe you have the time to investigate this issue. If its help I can make a short videoclip of it.

I tried to solve it with better in-game settings like Sounds and so on. After restarting PoE none of my changes fixed the issue so maybe its a general / in-game issue.
