Random disconnection

I only get lag spikes at night (presumably problem with my ISP). But during the day, I would just get dc from instance ramdomly, only right after entering an instance, no lag spike. While the ping is ramping up due to the loss of connection, i can still see the chat coming and people moving in town for some reason.

you could try using a VPN solution to maybe bypass that part of your ISP's network that have a problem ??

Also please confirm that you are NOT using a Wifi connection in your home or a Wireless ISP solution...

I confirm I am using cable connection. I get it with the ping spikes at night but is the random dc upon entering intances because of my ISP as well?

I don't know, that's what you could test using Exitlag or NordVPN.

LOL, it's not GGG's problem that you may or may not have a "fucked up" ISP....

Also both Exitlag and NordVPN have a free trial period for you to test this and confirm the issue....

ok, so before using VPN you had DC. Now when using VPN, you no longer DC but now have started crashing. Is this correct ??

If yes, please answer the following -->
- what PC hardware do you have ?? (be VERY specific including PSU).
- Please post full DXDIag report using pastebin URL.
- What PoE gateway are you using / what other gateways have you tried ?
- What rendere are you using (Vulcan / DirectX) ?? If Vulcan, please set texture to MEDIUM.
- What network mode have you selected in PoE ?
- have you tried running packcheck.exe as "an administrator".
- Please post a 300+ packet WinMTR report from an instance IP you crashed to.

Sorry for not clarifying things better. I have been having crashes before as well, and they are also few and far in between. Although i had a strange error message "skill parent object did not exist" once.

going inside map then ping rising to like 15k then dc!
unplayble im done with this league
