PSA: Life Regeneration Rate and Life Recovery Rate are Multiplicative with each other

Have they actually said that tho? Where's that quote from? Cos I and some others have said this for ages, but I don't recall Chris ever saying that one-shots exist because recovery is too powerful. I've only heard this from players.

...of course also forgetting to tone down the one-shots


No, they'll just keep introducing more maven-like mechanics where if you fail a mechanic you have 0% life recovery for X seconds.

I wiped on her because that thing devastates RF characters. I just wish the fight was not so eye-cancer inducing in the last phase.
Hope someone does a build with this.
