Freezing on Loading Screen in Lunaris Temple Level 2

Hi, I don't know why but since 3.16 I've been constantly getting this problem when I'm leveling a new character, when I reach Lunaris Temple Level 2 it goes to loading screen then instantly freezes the game, I relog, I restart my pc and re attempt to go into Lunaris Temple Level 2 and NOTHING works it just keeps repeating the same freeze on every attempt. I don't know what I can do as it's only this zone and a few others after it that it will do this, it's mainly act 8...

Please if you can help me I'd really appreciate it, it's just so strange that this doesn't happen what so ever until act 8 Lunaris Temple Level 2, nothing before that will make the game freeze.. It's so random and unfair because I can't progress past act 8 without having to use one of my family member's PC's to progress forward.

Thanks for reading, hope you can help me come up with a solution as I'm unable to play the game and I really love POE and it's my favorite game of all time.
