Efficacy + Righteous Fire not working

Does anyone know if Efficacy is no longer supporting Righteous Fire? It displays as ineligible in game with the red X next to Righteous Fire when I try to link them. And when I do link them, my damage does not change at all.
I see lots of Inquisitors running it on poe.ninja. Is it just a visual bug? Last bumped on Nov 4, 2021, 3:43:54 PM

You have two Efficacy gems in your links, only one will work
