This this is NOT packet loss but a device running icmp prioritization policy.
Basicly that means that the device will drop ICMP packet and only focus on "proper" game IP trafic.

Running a trace for 16 seconds is next to useless. 300-500 seconds MINIMUM (which is why the stickies ask for that length), the longer the better as it gives a better data set.
