Energy shield not working with grace aura

I did a post on technical support already so I'll just copy it here

So,

My energy shield is stuck at 29/4890, and it only regens back when i activate my grace aura. It does not vanish instantly if i cancel the aura, but it will not recharge any damage it takes and if I change zones without grace activated it drops back to 29/4890 and stays there. What do?

Also, I have tried removing my items and gems entirely and changing between them, the problem still persists. Any more ideas?
