PETITION: Remove Scourge Ground Clutter

Does anyone else find it extremely frustrating to be shifted into the nightmare zone ONLY to be stuck inside of an object and not able to move or not be able to progress through certain corridors due to objects blocking the way.

This also has a HUGE negative impact on movement skills such as shield charge, damaging skills such as lightning strike to name but a few.

It completely deters me from picking an enjoyable skill due to knowing that I will be caught onto scourge objects and it makes already enclosed maps feel that much more restrictive.

Can we get this sorted out as I know countless people are frustrated!

Yep, doorways blocked by hornlike protrusions from the ground are a bit annoying and add nothing of value.

I know what you mean and this pathway blocking decoration ground clutter needs to go away. If it did not have a collision hitbox nobody would care but that is sadly not the case.

Agree. The clutter throttles and is not only annoying but it rewards auto targeting builds too much.

It's surprising to me that after so much feedback on clutter, visibility and timers, GGG makes a league with more clutter, darkness and timers. As in like never before.


It must work out well for them somehow.


The league got sold very well though. I thought it'd be great, initially. Hyped. I'm not even sure what the point of the league is. Good thing there's QoL improvements.

This hasn't been an issue for me.

Even if i did use a movement skill that restricted access. There is nothing much on the other side anyways.

You better off switching scourge on and off for the most results anyways.

Probably the reason why everyone is complaining there is no loot cause they dont know how to use it effectively and just run around wasted the meter.

You can fill up almost 3 TABS worth of currency, maps, uniques, Etc.... What ever is listed if you just switch on and off. Results on non tiered maps bring sustained and pleasing results too.

I just did a T8 map and died 3x in it because of this bullshit.

How did I die? I was killing shit, hit V to do more murder. Tried to enter a room and was confused why I couldn't. I thought I was stunned. Then I got blew the FUCK up by these Flame elemental humanoid things.

I have near Max evasion, and 80% Spell suppression.. and I died before I even had a chance to hit my instant heal. It wasn't until the 3rd time I realized what happened, because when you die you swap back to reality.

I didn't, and don't, like to flame dash inside the middle of a pack. That isn't how my build is. So, I toss my traps before I enter a room and these protrusions block me! (maybe my traps too couldn't tell).

The scourged zone is so damn dark and with the map hud open. There is NO way I can see these things. I even has the map as transparent to be useful (I think I made it too transparent I can't see dorways)..
