Blade Vortex weith Intuitive Link summons at support location

I've tested lots of spells with intuitive link, and they all are launched at the location of the target of the link, as the description say.

However, Blade Vortex starts circulating around the source of the intuitive link, not the target, as we had expected.

Our idea was to boost the dps of the carry (ie target) by adding blade vortex blades to him.

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but it stands out as very different to how all the other spells we've tested work.

It doesn't matter where you trigger Blade Vortex from, because it just applies a buff to the player.

Just like with Arcanist Brand, it casts from that location, but then it just applies the buff to you.

This is exactly the combo I was hoping to try out as soon as Intuitive Link was unveiled. It's really odd how Blade Vortex itself says "an area around you" yet doesn't go around the person/minion that is linked.
