stuck in incursion after nightmare went off

im running a scourged tier 3 map , after i enter the incursion auto nightmare started and after it ended the portal out of incursion is gone and u get stuck at it.

The same happened to me, and I was able to reproduce it:
-Scourge map with "Only shift into Nightmare on reaching maximum blood" -Start an incursion with the Blood Crucible not filled and fill it in inside the incursion. Upon leaving the incursion, you auto shift into Nightmare. -When you leave the Nightmare, you are sent back to the incursion, with no way to leave. If there are keys inside the incursion, you can pick them up and open the doors, but they won't affect the actual temple.   |
