My game has crushed, and deleted my Maven invitation

As title says, as I put Maven invitation (quest item), in to map device, and pressed "Activate", my game crushed, witch has resulted in me being left with no Maven invitation, no portals, and my atlas invitation going back to zero. 5 map quest invitations aren't a big deal, but if it would to happened with something like twisted or feared etc. that would be pretty terrible, pls look in to the issue GGG, thanks in advance.
